Trainers

The NYWC Training Academy has two experienced trainers: Mike Mondo and Michael Mistretta. Both have competed in various promotions and have trained numerous successful wrestlers.

Pro Wrestlers Trained

Training Programs

The academy offers two training programs: Basic and Advanced. The Basic Program is held on Sunday from 1:30 pm to 5 pm, Tuesday from 6 pm to 10 pm, and Thursday from 6 pm to 10 pm, for a total of 11.5 hours per week. Once a student becomes advanced, they are eligible to train during off-hours.
