The program is one year long and consists of four training sessions per week, totaling eight hours of training time. During this program, students will learn the basics of wrestling, including moves, holds, and techniques, as well as the fundamentals of ring psychology, character development, and storytelling.
Advanced Program
The Advanced Program is designed for those who have completed the Beginner Program or have equivalent experience in the ring. This program is also one year long, but consists of three training sessions per week, totaling six hours of training time. In this program, students will continue to develop their wrestling skills, focusing on more advanced moves and techniques, as well as refining their character development and storytelling abilities. Additionally, the Advanced Program includes training in production, refereeing, and managing, giving students a well-rounded understanding of the wrestling industry.
Junior Program
The Junior Program is designed for children aged 10-17 who are interested in learning the basics of professional wrestling. This program is one year long and consists of one training session per week, totaling 1.5 hours of training time. During this program, students will learn the same basic moves and techniques as the Beginner Program, but at a slower pace and with an emphasis on safety and fun.
